How To Update Your Credit Card Information

If you have a subscription where we bill you automatically each month and wish to change the card on file without making a purchase, here's how to change your credit card on file:

1. Select Account from the upper-right corner of the screen (look for your head-shot).
2. Select Settings. That will open your Settings Page.
3. Scroll down to find the Subscription information.
4. From there you can change the Credit Card we use to renew your membership.

IMPORTANT: A Pre-Paid card cannot be used to purchase a VIP subscription. If a Pre-Paid card is used, the payment will not go through for the next payment. 

If your VIP membership has been canceled, the option to update your credit card information will not appear. You will need to purchase the VIP membership by clicking Buy in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on the Membership tab from the purchase screen. You can enter your new credit card information here.

If your VIP membership has not yet expired, you'll be able to purchase the membership again on the first day of the next month.

Note: The system will bill your card $1 to make sure the new Credit Card information is valid and will then refund the $1 charge automatically.
