Yesterday, I visited the newly opened VIP room on the ship two times. Each time I saw three starfish and three seahorses in the room and collected them, thinking, "Oh this is nice, VIPs are getting extra starfish & seahorses". After each time, then I went to the London port and didn't see any starfish or seahorses there. The third time I decided to go to the London port first, where I collected two starfish and one seahorse. I immediately visited the VIP room, and saw this time there were only two seahorses and one starfish there.
So why give starfish and seahorses in the VIP room, if you're then going to then take them away from the ones we'd normally collect from the port or vise versa. This seems to be a really nasty way of looking like you're giving VIPs something extra, only to take some of it away after the fact. You really should look at how the things you do reflect on our perception of how valuable our satisfaction is or isn't to your company, before you do them. Did you really think we wouldn't notice?
Shame on you, Flowplay, for pretending you're giving VIP's something extra on one hand, while taking away from us with the other one.
