NEW OUTFITS

I'm new on 7 Seas and I can't seem to get new outfits at my port stop. When I click on "inventory" I see the same outfits all the time. There is a note at the bottom of the screen that says you can get new outfits at port stops, but I cannot figure out how. Can someone please direct me how to get new outfits at port stops? Thank you

  Also when I got into the "boutique" I do not see new outfits as well. I am stumped.

  There are no new outfits at Atlantis.. (or Pirates cove or coral reef). Only ports (islands) and on the ship deck. you have to go to the actual deck, and then see the boutique. click on outifts you can purchase.. using Avatar tokens.  the stranger looking ones, like bunny ears, and other outfits are available only at holidays like Halloween and Christmas! Hope this helps!!!
